Why an investor brokerage
Most brokerages are built around a transaction that happens a handful of times in someone's life: buying the house they will live in. That work rewards a particular set of skills — presentation, emotional read, negotiating around how people feel about a kitchen.
Investors need something different. They need someone who will say the rent estimate is too high, who knows that a low-balance loan on a small Del City house is harder to place than the price suggests, and who understands that an occupied rental with a good payment history is an asset rather than a staging problem.
We built Rose Rock around that, and we run the other side of it ourselves: the same office manages rentals through 1907 Property Management and buys houses directly through Landrun Home Buyers. We see what actually performs after closing, not just what closes.
