What Rose Rock does for investors
Four services, built around the way investment property actually trades.

Rose Rock Realty offers four investor services: buy-side representation for acquisitions, sell-side listing and disposition of investment property, rent-to-own and owner-financed home sales, and valuation work including broker price opinions, rent estimates, and deal analysis. All four cover the Oklahoma City metro, and all four are delivered by a licensed Oklahoma brokerage rather than an unlicensed consultant or wholesaler.
Investor Services
What We Do for Investors
Four things, done properly, for people who buy real estate to make money rather than to live in it.
Buying Investment Property
Representation on the buy side — on-market, off-market, and portfolio acquisitions across the OKC metro, underwritten before you offer.
Selling Investment Property
Listing rentals, occupied units, and portfolios — marketed to investors who can read a rent roll, not just to retail buyers who cannot.
Rent-to-Own Homes
Homes we sell on rent-to-own and owner-financed terms, structured to comply with Oklahoma's constructive-mortgage statute.
Valuation & Deal Analysis
Broker price opinions, rent estimates, and underwriting review so you know the numbers before the money moves.
Being straight about it
What we do not do
We are not a wholesaler. We do not assign contracts, we do not charge “mentorship” or membership fees, and we do not sell lists of leads. We are a licensed brokerage that gets paid a disclosed commission on closed transactions, which means our incentive is for your deal to actually close and for you to come back with the next one.
We also do not pretend to be a retail brokerage. If you are buying or selling the home you live in, a good retail agent will serve you better than we will, and we are happy to point you at one. The exception is our rent-to-own homes, which are meant for people who will live in them.
And we do not work markets we do not know. Outside the OKC metro, the honest answer is that someone local will do better for you.
