What we collect
Only what you type into a form on this site: your name, phone number, email address, and whatever you tell us about a property or your situation. Our rent-to-own form also asks what you can put down and what monthly payment works for you. There is no account to create and nothing is required to browse the site.
What we do with it
We use it to respond to you about the thing you contacted us about. That is the whole purpose. We do not sell your information, we do not rent it, and we do not pass it to lead aggregators or to anyone else who will market to you.
We may share it with our related companies — 1907 Property Management and Landrun Home Buyers — only where that is what you actually asked for (for example, you asked about management, or you wanted a direct cash offer). We may also share it with a title company, lender, or attorney where that is necessary to progress a transaction you have chosen to enter.
Form submissions
Forms on this site are processed by Netlify, our hosting provider, which stores submissions on our behalf. Their handling is governed by their own privacy terms.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party advertising or social tracking pixels. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means Google's servers see the request. If we add analytics later, this section will be updated to say what and why.
Text messages and calls
If you give us your phone number, we may call or text you about your enquiry. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them. We do not use your number for automated marketing campaigns.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept as long as we have a live business reason to, and transaction records for as long as Oklahoma brokerage record-keeping rules require.
Your choices
